iAnthus is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager at our GrowHealthy Dispensary in Orlando, FL. You will lead store operations, supervise the team, manage inventory, and build strong relationships with customers and vendors to support compliant, patient-focused service.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, coaching staff, ensuring adherence to state laws, and daily cash/inventory reconciliations. A 21+ age requirement, HS diploma, and 3–5 years retail management experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in retail management.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Foster a sales-driven culture through leadership, training, and motivation of team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash and inventory balancing, and resolve escalated customer service matters.
