Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Dispensary Lead to oversee daily dispensary operations and lead a patient-centric team. You will uphold company standards, ensure compassionate patient service, and maintain adherence to state and local regulations.

The role requires managing cash, inventory, and patient intake forms while collaborating with the Dispensary Manager to drive consistent performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local and state laws pertaining to medical marijuana is a plus.
• Experience with Excel, POS and inventory management systems is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the dispensary (key holder) and balance cash and product inventory.
• Observe and participate in patient services during consultation and sale.
• Update team with current information; maintain accurate patient intake forms and records.
• Coordinate with Delivery Manager to schedule patient home deliveries.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state/local regulations.
