iAnthus Capital Management seeks a Dispensary Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a patient-centric team, and ensure professionalism and compassionate service. The role ensures compliance with state and local regulations and policies.

Reporting to the Dispensary Manager, you will manage cash, inventory, and patient services while educating staff on product offerings and regulatory updates in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local and state laws pertaining to medical marijuana.
• Experience working with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems.

Responsabilidades

• Opening or closing of dispensary (key holder).
• Balancing cash and product inventory during daily closing.
• Observing and participating in patient services during consultations and sales.
• Updating Communication Binder with current information for the team.
