Job summary

iAnthus is seeking a Dispensary Lead to oversee daily operations of the dispensary, lead a patient-centric team, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations. You will implement policies and maintain professional standards while supporting a growing organization.

The role emphasizes opening/closing, cash and inventory control, patient service, and cross-functional collaboration with management. A strong background in retail or hospitality is preferred and a 21+ age requirement applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service and/or high-volume retail environment.
• 1–3 years in a retail environment managing a team.
• Knowledge of local and state laws pertaining to medical marijuana is a plus.
• Experience with Excel, POS, and inventory management control systems.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Open or close dispensary as key holder.
• Balance cash and product inventory during daily closing.
• Observe and participate in patient services during consultations and sales.
• Update communication binder with current information for the team.
• Audit patient intake forms for accuracy and completion.
• Maintain documentation such as cash handling and chain of custody records.
