Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, provide educational consulting, and assist with patient record management in a retail setting.

You will greet customers, explain product types and usage, maintain a clean showroom, process transactions at the POS, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations. A strong interest in cannabinoids and safe handling is essential, along with basic office software skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and state badging as directed by regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to cannabis industry and safety regulations.
