Job summary

FarmaceuticalRX is seeking a Dispensary Associate to provide exceptional customer service, process orders, collect payments, and competently use METRC and POS software, along with OAARS. You will also perform daily cleanup, setup, and closing tasks.

The role requires greeting customers, verifying IDs and registry status, scanning orders, and ensuring compliance with all paperwork and safety standards while contributing to a smooth in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Prior cashiering experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis dispensary experience preferred.
• If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorize to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, verify identity, and assist with promotions.
• Scan orders using METRC, OAARS, and POS systems.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with stock checks.
• Process payments and log data on the Daily Register Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with paperwork and safety protocols.
