FRX Ohio is seeking a Dispensary Associate Lead to help manage daily operations and supervise staff in the absence of the GM/AGM. You will ensure accurate transactions, educate customers, and uphold regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service.

Strong leadership, 21+ age, and a commitment to compliance and teamwork are essential as you support sales goals and a high-quality patient experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong customer service skills with patient-focused approach.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.
• Proficient with basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dispensary Associates and support daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with product education.
• Process transactions using scanners and POS systems; log sales accurately.
• Manage inventory counts and support cash handling procedures.
• Open/close the dispensary and supervise staff in GM/AGM absence.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness.
