Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain seeks a General Manager for our Las Cruces dispensary. You will lead all store operations, ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, optimize inventory, merchandising, and customer service to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management position.
• Experience in cannabis retail management preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Demonstrated skills in people management and development.
• Strong customer service expertise, including supervising retail associates and handling invoices and cash.
• Proficiency with HR systems, time clocks, POS, and the Microsoft Office suite.
