Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a General Manager for RISE Dispensary to lead a diverse team, ensuring compliance, optimizing operations and delivering memorable customer experiences. You will drive revenue through in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery programs while maintaining Seed to Sale integrity.

The role emphasizes talent development, leadership presence, and community engagement as part of a unified, values-driven organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
5+ years in a supervisory or management role in a retail setting with POS operations.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience required.
Ability to work varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends.
Must pass background checks; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations; ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
Drive revenue and profit through programs, initiatives, and regionalized promotions.
Oversee and manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation; manage expense processes within store budgets.
Coach leaders and teams to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience; drive loyalty and retention.
Lead community outreach and act as liaison with local communities.
