Job summary

Vireo Health in Rochester, MN is seeking a patient-focused Cannabis Dispensary Associate to join our growing team. You will assist customers with the dispensary process, educate patients on usage, and ensure accurate cash handling and compliance under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and safeguards confidential information and patient medication safety.
• Assists customers with dispensation process for medical cannabis.
• Completes CPC operational requirements with accurate labeling and charges.
• Uses seed-to-sale software for patient and provider data input.
• Maintains cash register and handles drawer responsibilities.
• Ensures compliance with state laws and dispensary regulations under supervision.
• Participates in recordkeeping and state reporting.
• Attends staff meetings and continuing education as directed.
