Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and basic math skills.
• Computer literate; POS experience is desirable.
• High school graduate.
• Team-oriented and proactive.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations.
• Perform general office tasks and use email.
• Maintain patient records and cash handling logs.
• Deliver excellent, compassionate patient services.
• Participate in monthly product inventory reviews.
