Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is hiring a part-time Dispensary Associate at Health For Life in Nottingham, MD. The role supports daily dispensary operations, focuses on patient service, data integrity, and compliance with state and local laws.

You will engage patients, manage intake forms, and maintain records while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Training and team collaboration are emphasized, with opportunities to grow in a growing cannabis company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team-oriented and motivated
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred
• Fast-paced high-transaction environment experience
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations
• Perform general office work (filing, copying, emailing)
• Provide feedback to Dispensary Managers promptly
• Maintain records (intake forms, cash handling, chain of custody)
• Greet all patients with a helpful, compassionate attitude
• Stay current on product knowledge and dosage
• Adhere to iAnthus policies and state/local laws
• Review and update patient educational materials
• Review sales daily to achieve team goals
• Participate in patient services training
• Build relationships with community leaders
• Follow iAnthus core values and cultural principles
• Maintain dispensary aesthetics and cleanliness
• Contribute to a motivated team environment
