Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management operates the Health For Life dispensary in Baltimore, MD. The Dispensary Associate role is full-time, onsite, and focuses on delivering compassionate patient service, accurate intake, and strict regulatory compliance within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include engaging patients, processing intake forms, and supporting inventory and cash-handling procedures while upholding iAnthus policies and state laws.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and basic math skills.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
• Computer literate; POS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Maintain patient intake forms accuracy.
• Assist in qualifying patients for the Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
• Recordkeeping for intake, cash handling, and chain of custody.
• Participate in daily 1-minute shift meetings.
• Deliver compassionate patient services.
• Assist with monthly product inventory review.
