Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management, a multi-state cannabis operator, seeks a Dispensary Associate for its White Marsh Health For Life location. The role focuses on patient services, inventory, compliance, and daily dispensary operations.

You will work in a fast-paced team, engaging patients, handling intake forms, and contributing to product knowledge and dosage accuracy. Benefits include PTO, holidays, sick leave, parental leave, healthcare options, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Green Flower and/or Ganjier Certificate holder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Provide feedback to managers in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records including intake forms, cash handling and chain of custody docs.
• Deliver excellent, compassionate patient services and participate in shift meetings.
