Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management in Baltimore, MD seeks a Dispensary Associate to support daily operations, work with a patient-centric team, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

Responsibilities include patient education, accurate intake forms, POS operations, recordkeeping and assisting managers with feedback to improve service. Flexibility for nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus basic math.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Computer literate; POS experience desirable.
• High school graduate.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-transaction environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Assist in qualifying patients for hardship program and maintain compliance.
• Maintain records: intake forms, cash handling, chain of custody, waste logs.
• Operate general office tasks and POS related duties.
• Provide feedback to Dispensary Manager and assist in monthly inventory reviews.
