Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Dispensary Associate to support daily operations in our White Marsh Health For Life location. You will engage with patients, assist with intake, product knowledge, and ensure accuracy while upholding state and local laws.

You will work with the Dispensary Manager and Retail Operations team to deliver compassionate service, maintain records, and contribute to a compliant, patient-centric environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations
• Assist in qualifying patients for programs and documentation
• Maintain proper recordkeeping such as intake forms and cash handling records
• Provide patient feedback to Dispensary Managers in a timely manner
• Participate in periodic team meetings and shift briefs
• Deliver excellent and compassionate patient services
