Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients with a positive manner.
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete.
• Assist in qualifying patients for financial hardship program.
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations.
• Perform general office tasks and maintain records.
• Provide feedback to managers on patient experiences.
• Maintain recordkeeping for intake forms, cash handling, chain of custody, and waste disposal logs.
• Participate in daily 1-minute standups for alignment.
• Deliver excellent, compassionate patient services.
• Participate in monthly inventory reviews.
