Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Dispensary Associate for the Health For Life dispensary in Baltimore, MD. The role involves assisting daily operations within a patient-centric team and ensuring adherence to state and local regulations.

Responsibilities include patient engagement, intake accuracy, VFH program support, and inventory oversight, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license
• Experience in retail, hospitality or patient services preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication and basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Engage and educate patients in a positive manner
• Ensure patient intake forms are accurate and complete
• Assist in qualifying patients for our Verified Financial Hardship (VFH) program
• Maintain compliance with local and state regulations
• Perform general office tasks (filing, copying, email)
• Provide feedback to Dispensary Managers on patient experiences
• Maintain records (intake forms, cash handling, chain of custody)
• Participate in 1-minute shift meetings for alignment
• Deliver excellent, compassionate patient services
• Participate in monthly product inventory reviews
