Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, explain product benefits, and ensure compliant purchases. You will provide product knowledge and exceptional service to patients, guests, and team members while maintaining a clean, well-organized work area.

Responsibilities include processing orders, assisting with returns, and supporting delivery tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT/PA/WV).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

• Provide product knowledge and exceptional customer service to customers, guests, coworkers, and patients
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently

• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers with product or device issues
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
• Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles

• Support delivery associate duties as needed
• Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
• Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred
• Prior cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
