Job summary

Jobtailor in Bristol, CT is seeking a Delivery Driver and Customer Care Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate them on product benefits, and facilitate purchases in compliance with state laws.

You will handle order processing, assist with returns, and move through the facility delivering packages while maintaining a clean workstation and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 21 years of age, or 18+ in CT, PA, WV.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of complying with state regulations in cannabis sales.

• Educate customers about products and their effects
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers with product or device issues
• Work with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
• Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
• Perform additional team tasks as assigned
• When needed, perform delivery associate duties, including following delivery procedures
• When needed, process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe
• Move throughout the facility and handle, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
• Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred as a plus
• Prior cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
• Conversational English proficiency
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computers and laptops, comprehend safety procedures, and use telecommunication devices
• Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and meet stated physical requirements
• Flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
• Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people
