Job description

• Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects
• Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service
• Apply product knowledge when assisting customers
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with state regulations
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and promptly
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers with product or device issues
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
• Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
• Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following policies and procedures
• Process online orders, including deliveries, within a 2-hour timeframe

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
• Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus
• Prior cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members
• Conversational English proficiency
• Ability to operate electronic equipment, computers, laptops, and telecommunication devices

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the Delivery Driver role
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check
• Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday
• Ability to see and hear, or use prosthetics enabling these senses to function adequately
• Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity
• Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people
• Ability to move throughout the facility, including confined spaces
• Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs
• Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps and position self or objects at floor level
• Availability for flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours business needs
• Must be available to work up to 40 hours per week
