Job summary

Jobtailor in Arizona is seeking a Delivery Driver/Customer Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, explain product benefits and comply with state regulations while processing orders.

You will handle online orders, assist with returns, maintain stock, and provide exceptional service with empathy and product knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required; strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the field or a similar field.
• Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic and telecommunication devices.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role.
• Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and after hours based on business needs.
