Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Customer-Focused Delivery Driver to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on products, and ensure compliant purchases. You will handle orders, support online deliveries, and maintain a clean, efficient workstation in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work independently, with evenings, weekends, and holidays availability. Training on state regulations is provided to ensure compliant service.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Minimum 21 years of age (or minimum 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them about product benefits and potential side effects

• Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, and compassion to patients, customers, guests, and coworkers
• Deliver elevated patient service standards and maintain product knowledge
• Facilitate customer purchases in compliance with state regulations
• Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns according to company policy
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently and timely
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures
• Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers with product or device issues
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues
• Document customer issues and concerns in customer profiles
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation
• Process online orders, including deliveries, within two hours when assigned to Online Support

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
