Job summary

Trulieve in Westerville, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate them on product benefits and potential side effects, and facilitate compliant purchases.

You will maintain knowledge of cannabis products, handle orders, assist with returns, and support delivery duties when needed, while upholding state regulations and delivering exceptional patient service.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years old (18+ in CT, PA and WV).
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects.
• Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with State regulations.

• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders efficiently.

• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
• Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following delivery policies.
• Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
• Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred as a plus
• Prior cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
