Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a customer-focused associate in Camp Hill to guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on product benefits and potential side effects, and support purchases in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations.

You will provide empathetic service, maintain a clean workstation, process orders including deliveries when needed, and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues while ensuring compliance and privacy.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 in Pennsylvania (21 in most other locations).
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field
• Minimum age of 18 in Pennsylvania (21 in most other locations)
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Prior cash handling experience required
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to fulfill the Delivery Driver role
