Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States, Arizona, is seeking a customer service focused associate for cannabis retail. You will guide customers through their cannabis journey, educate on product benefits and potential side effects, and ensure accurate order processing within state regulations.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV.
• Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and with varied personalities and seniority levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
