All City Towing LLC in Milwaukee is seeking an energetic service/dispatcher to join our team near the Airport. Dispatchers are central to our operations, so we are looking for top individuals with a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.

The role features a fixed evening schedule, providing stability and the chance to grow with a locally owned company. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching calls, relaying requests to drivers, assisting with route planning,

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience in towing, trucking, or emergency services.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and works well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assign tows to drivers fairly and equitably for efficient service.
• Communicate pickup, transit, and delivery details to drivers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor.
• Communicate professionally with customers and staff; strong interpersonal skills.
• Manage customer service issues in real time in a professional manner.
• Complete paperwork and enter required data into computer as required.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are a premier towing and transport company located near the Airport. We are looking for an energetic service/dispatcher to join our team.

Our Dispatchers are central to the success of our operations, so we are looking for top individuals to bring a "can do" attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Work Schedule is Sunday - Thursday 3PM - 11PM

Receive and dispatch calls from customers, law enforcement agencies, etc. utilizing a computer dispatch system. Relay requests to drivers. Assist with route planning as needed. Keep accurate record of calls. Maintain contact with customers and drivers as needed for efficient call completion, safety of drivers and customers, and excellent customer service.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicate all information regarding pickup, transit, and delivery to drivers.
• Maintain professional demeanor.
• Communicate professionally with all customers and staff. Good interpersonal skills, working well with a wide range of individuals.

• Complete paperwork and enter required data into computer as required.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience from a related industry (towing, trucking, emergency services, etc.)
• Basic Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
