Job summary

Creative MultiCare is hiring a full-time Dispatcher Service Representative in Orlando, FL. You will dispatch technicians, manage the daily service schedule, and communicate with customers to keep everyone informed of progress.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in English are required; bilingual is a plus. On-the-job paid training and benefits are provided, with a focus on accuracy and efficient service delivery.

• Must read, write, understand and speak English.
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner.
• Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
• Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Provide information about our services
• Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
