South West Plumbing is hiring a Dispatcher to serve as the conduit between customers and field technicians. You will prioritize calls, match jobs to technicians, and keep customers informed from start to finish while driving efficiency and revenue.

The role requires at least 1 year in dispatch or logistics, strong decision-making, and excellent communication. In-office schedule is provided with full benefits, PTO, holidays, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in dispatching, logistics or similar field.
• Home services knowledge preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize incoming service calls based on urgency, location, job type, and technician skill.
• Assign and dispatch jobs to technicians to maximize productivity and response time.
• Monitor technician statuses and adjust schedules for cancellations or delays.
• Provide timely updates to customers on ETAs and job status.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
• Update job statuses and notes in dispatch software or CRM.
