ARS-Rescue Rooter in Austin is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for HVAC & Plumbing to ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently and customer needs are met promptly. This full-time, year-round role offers pay of $20-$23 per hour and a 10:30-7pm schedule with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior dispatch, scheduling, or call center experience.
• HVAC/Plumbing dispatch experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support route planning.
• Must report daily to the office (not a remote position).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
