Job summary

Service Professionals in Union, NJ is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our customer-obsessed team. As we scale to 150+ technicians, you'll coordinate dispatch and ensure accurate records before and after each job, delivering exceptional experiences for technicians and customers.

You will contribute to efficient routing, prioritization of multiple tasks, and building strong relationships, with potential to grow into a pivotal operations role within our home services focus.

Qualifications

• You have operated in a dispatcher role for at least 1-2 years.
• You are detail-oriented and well organized.
• You make people feel comfortable and can build relationships easily.
• You are comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ideally, you have used tools like ServiceTitan before.
