What You’ll Do

• Match technicians to the appropriate jobs based on their skills, experience, and customer needs to ensure successful service calls.
• Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day.
• Communicate with customers and technicians regarding timing, updates, and changes.
• Make real‑time dispatching decisions based on priority, location, and skill set.
• Track job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate job details and updates in Service Titan.
• Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly.

What Are We Looking For?

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in the trades, home services, or a related field.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar field service management platform is a strong plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing your composure.
• Ability to speak clearly and professionally with a technician, a customer, and a manager all at once and handle each one well.
• Ability to make efficient and profitable decisions quickly and independently.
• Strong customer service instincts with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
