Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience dispatching field service technicians.
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop creative solutions quickly.
• Self-starter with multitasking and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using internet maps and dispatch software.

Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Handle a high volume of service calls.
• Negotiate priority of service calls.
• Create detailed project plans with tasks, dependencies and timelines.
• Keep stakeholders informed of scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
• Coordinate with service technicians for optimal routing.
• Provide technical support related to scheduling and changes.
• Notify customers of delays in delivery schedules.
• Ensure technicians meet customer requirements.
• Assist in closing service calls and invoicing.
• Review technician paperwork for completeness.
