Planet Plumbing & Drain Inc. in Longmont, CO is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to schedule service calls for 20+ technicians. In this in-person role, you’ll coordinate daily dispatches, monitor availability, and communicate clearly with technicians and customers.

Ideal candidates have prior dispatching or scheduling experience, familiarity with ServiceTitan, and proficiency with Apple products. This full-time position offers 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.

Experienced Dispatcher – Plumbing Service Company

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, and brings a positive, professional attitude to work each day.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is dispatching and scheduling service calls for our team of 20+ plumbing technicians. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions while managing a constantly changing schedule.

We utilize Service Titan as our primary dispatching and scheduling software and Apple/Mac products for daily operations. Previous experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule service calls efficiently for 20+ field technicians.
• Monitor technician availability, job progress, and scheduling changes throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service and clear communication.
• Prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
• Maintain an understanding of each technician's skills and capabilities to ensure appropriate job assignments.
• Utilize Service Titan to manage dispatch boards, appointments, technician schedules, and customer information.
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes, cancellations, and unexpected situations.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred, ideally within plumbing, HVAC, or another home service industry.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Apple products, including iPhones and Mac computers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with the Colorado Front Range, Foothills, and surrounding service areas is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule & Compensation

Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. Applicants must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

We offer a $2.00 per hour shift differential for weekend hours.

• Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on experience
