Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and dispatch service calls to technicians.
• Schedule calls to ensure prompt, convenient service and prioritize emergencies.
• Forecast days/weeks ahead to keep technicians productive and on track.
• Inform clients of arrival times and delays, reschedule when needed.
