Duke City Redi-Mix is a locally owned ready mix concrete company in New Mexico. We are seeking a dispatcher to be the first contact for customers and to coordinate orders with a professional staff. This role requires multitasking in a fast-paced office, the ability to process information quickly in a stressful environment, and reliable transportation.

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment focused on customer service over the phone.
• Ability to quickly process information and make decisions in a high stress environment.
• Knowledge of and experience in PC based computer software.
• Early morning hours, overtime and weekends.
