Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Track and monitor our fleet of trucks as they deliver our products.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and dispatch trucks to deliver mix across New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to identify logistical opportunities.
• Review orders for accuracy before they are shipped.
