• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily dispatch schedules for field technicians.
• Serve as primary contact from dispatch to job completion.
• Handle appointment confirmations and rescheduling.
• Assist with inbound customer service calls as needed.
• Follow up on unsold estimates.
• Support office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
