Job summary

Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to manage the daily flow of field operations from our in-office location in Hilliard, OH. You will coordinate logistics, schedule appointments, and ensure technicians are prepared for each job with clear communication to clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years dispatcher experience, a strong prioritization and communication skill set, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of prior Dispatcher experience.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Scheduling: communicate arrival times and appointment statuses to clients while managing schedule updates.
• Operational Support: audit jobs for accuracy, execute rebooks and prebooks, assist with special order processes.
• Team Collaboration: provide support to field staff, assist Sales Coordinators, and fill in for their roles during breaks or vacancies.
• Performance Tracking: review daily run rates, fill out weekly reports, and update guidelines.
