Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance.
• Complete paperwork related to automotive repairs.
• Relay pertinent information to technicians for completion of work.
• Follow up on detail-oriented tasks and timelines.
• Communicate with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve dealership goals.
• Other duties as required.
