Job summary

Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in Iowa is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our high-volume service department and guide technicians toward excellence, while upholding our proven processes. You will manage dispatching, train staff, evaluate performance, and hold regular 1-on-1 meetings to develop the team.

You’ll work with other departments to reach common goals, maintain above-average service scores, and deliver professional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Follow processes and hold team accountable to them.

• Assist guests professionally and courteously.

Shop Foreman Responsibilities:
