Dave Wright Subaru in Iowa is seeking an experienced technician who wants to move into a dispatcher role, using car knowledge in a new way.

You’ll manage technician dispatching and shop workflow, schedule appointments, and coordinate with guests and departments to solve problems, ensuring smooth operations across the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.

• Communicate with guests, management and other departments to solve problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
• Other duties as required.
