Dave Wright Nissan Subaru in the United States is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead our high-volume service department. If you are an experienced technician ready to move into leadership, this role could be a perfect fit.

You will manage technician dispatching and shop workflow while ensuring adherence to processes and delivering top-tier service. You will provide ongoing training, evaluate performance, and coach team members to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Follow processes and hold the team accountable to them.
• Provide ongoing training to service department personnel.
• Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and conduct 1-on-1 meetings.
• Motivate service staff to reach full potential.
• Maintain above-average customer service scores for the department.
• Assist guests professionally and courteously.
• Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with other dealership departments to meet goals.
• Other duties as required.
