Dave Wright Nissan Subaru is seeking a Dispatcher in Iowa to manage technician dispatching and shop workflow. The role involves scheduling appointments, handling repair-related paperwork, and relaying information to technicians for timely completion of work.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a technician-turned-dispatcher, exceptional communication, and a collaborative, problem-solving approach to keep guests satisfied and the service department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatcher duties within an automotive shop or dealership.
• Excellent communication skills, both with guests and staff.
• Able to solve problems quickly and keep workflow on track.
• Comfortable coordinating across departments to reach goals.
• Detail oriented and organized in scheduling and paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow.
• Schedule appointments.
• Complete paperwork related to automotive repairs.
• Relay pertinent information to technicians for completion of work.
• Follow up on detail-oriented tasks.
• Communicate with guests, management and other departments to solve problems.

• Experienced technician
