Dave Wright Subaru in Hiawatha, IA, seeks a Shop Foreman to lead our high-volume service department. This position is ideal for an experienced technician ready to transition into leadership, coordinating dispatching, workflow, and daily shop operations.

You will train and mentor technicians, enforce processes, and strive for top-tier customer service scores while collaborating with other dealership teams. A valid driver's license and career-minded attitude are required.

• Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Retain current customers and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals.
