Job summary

Comfort Solutions in Ogden is seeking a dispatcher to keep service moving. You will connect customers with field teams, schedule appointments, optimize routes, and monitor daily progress to ensure timely, high-quality service.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll solve scheduling problems, communicate proactively with customers and technicians, and maintain accurate job and customer information in the dispatch system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service, maintenance, and installation appointments.
• Optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor schedules throughout the day and make real-time adjustments as priorities change.
• Communicate proactively with customers and technicians.
• Track job status, arrival times, and completions.
• Resolve scheduling issues and service delays quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate job and customer information within dispatch software.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience
• Experience using service management software, CRM systems, or scheduling tools preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
