Dispatcher

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.

Do you have strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills? Do you like working in a fast-paced environment and meeting the changing needs of the home service business and its customers?

Then we want to talk to you.

The Dispatcher will work in the Norwalk, CT office with the other Dispatchers and Customer Service Reps. The Dispatcher will handle the day-to-day interactions with the customers and will be a valued player in support of the company’s growth.

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.

Responsibilities include the following:

  1. Daily scheduling of field service technicians
  2. Direct interaction with customers in need of service
  3. Answer in-bound calls
  4. Make outbound calls to schedule service and solicit customers for future business
  5. Dispatch technicians to jobs
  6. Helping team members with side tasks
  7. Maintain customer database
  8. Provide BEST IN CLASS customer service

This position is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in operations, customer service, or a future in management.

Candidates must also have the following:

  1. 1 - 5 years of customer service experience
  2. Desire to achieve goals, both personal and professional
  3. Hard work ethic and willingness to work OT when necessary
  4. Strong team mentality
  5. Experience in a customer service role where the phrase “customer first” was practiced daily
  6. Experience with Service Titan system is a bonus
