Pay: $43,680 - $59,000 based on hourly wages.

Job Summary: CR&R Inc. is looking for a strong and energetic dispatcher to join our growing Operations Team. The Dispatcher will coordinate driver dispatch based on customer needs and provide administrative support to Operations, Customers, and Drivers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Dispatch drivers to customers and locations based on customer needs.
• Maximize productivity by routing vehicles efficiently to meet or exceed company goals.
• Assign loads and services to drivers according to routes and driver locations.
• Prepare, update, and distribute daily route schedules.
• Maintain route documentation for pickups, missed pickups, additional pickups, route completions, and driver locations.
• Ensure route completion through driver check-ins.
• Interact courteously with customers as required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a service-related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to learn proprietary systems.
