A#1 Air, Inc. is seeking a reliable Dispatcher in Lewisville, TX to keep our service operations running smoothly. You will answer calls, prioritize emergencies, and schedule technicians for installations and repairs while maintaining accurate customer records.

The role requires Service Titan experience and a background in HVAC dispatch, with a focus on clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role.
• Experience with Service Titan is required.
• HVAC dispatch experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize emergency and non-emergency service calls.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for installations and repairs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
• Coordinate with field teams to troubleshoot service issues and ensure clear communication.
• Help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or customer support role (required)
• Service Titan experience (Required)
• Experience in HVAC dispatch (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-first attitude
• Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is a plus

Location: Lewisville, TX 75057

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
