Job summary

Champion Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling in Flat Rock, NC is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our frontline team. You will schedule and dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical calls, optimize technician routes, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years dispatch experience; Service Titan is a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay, medical/dental/vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of dispatch experience minimum.
• Service Titan experience a major plus.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.

Compensation:
